everyone psyched up despite the 12-hr thereabout flight

and indeed we were (:

where we sat daily
in the unearthly hours of dawn
counting sheep in the greens across

we took the smallest bunk in dale fort
but also proved to be the most efficient (:

BATH- the city so quaint. i really thought we could have stayed longer.
(i mean, one hour??)

and i recall running back to the hotel, worrying about the curfew
(but we screwed it anyway.)

often i look to the past
hoping, wishing, life then would last
cos before this the days were happier
the sky was blue and the birds chirped merry.

nostalgic gales follow with downpours
blowing the petals, making them fall.
yet i think to myself,
