and so... it's the start of a new month. my SRP fulltime is over (but haha im not done with the project yet). the CTs are over. we're ushering in the quarters of the WC. time passes too darn fast. like before you can even come to terms with what's happening, before you know it, everything just passes you by. what say you!

hmm i think it'd be right to say that i've pretty much enjoyed myself these 4 days of post-CTs more than anyday during the june hols. besides JEX, of course. but this where it all ends, and the work starts piling up again. cos you know what, school starts again tomorrow. GAHHH NOOOOO i haven't had my fun, really i haven't. ohwell. but weird as it may sound, i feel kinda guilty for the fact that the fun i'm having (or have had, if it really is the case that it all ends here for now) is disproportionate to the amount of effort put into preparing for my CTs. because that 'effort' really wasn't much, this time round. muchly because i haven't had time, but also because i have wasted some time. and i shall end the ranting portion of this entry here, because i can foresee what some people will start to say. things i absolutely detest to hear.

alright, so! post-CTs. after the exco meeting on friday, i lunched with hui at manhattan fish market. pretty good food if you ask me. value for money if you get the weekday set lunch. then we met bongs at marina for shopping. the first time i'm patronizing the malls since the GSS. but i wasn't really prepared for shopping so didn't bring much cash. roamed around for hours and when i finally had to go (for spsb dinner), i still haven't got anything! and the knowing bongs understood perfectly how exasperating it was to not get anything after shopping for hours dragged me into URS and the knowing bongs (again) found me a pair of heels that suited me quite well. (I HATE BUYING SHOES COS MY FEET ARE SO FUGLY.) so i was contented(: then headed to orchard and caught up with spsb for like 30mins, had dinner at scotts and off to james' for sleepover. (i think his room is 2.5 times mine.) watched the germany vs argentina match. okay lar excitement quotient not very high. haha. and i didn't sleep a wink that night so went for flag day feeling groggy and GRR. (germaine inez tan im so so kind right!). was supposed to do supervising with rng at people's park. and the tins came like 1.5 hours late and the secondary school students were getting pretty damnit restless and we both felt quite helpless. 'the van met with an accident' I'M SO SURE. but was quite entertained my rng's caricatures of odacians and me trying to guess who each of them was (supposed to be). went for alumni prac in the afternoon. i think concert this year will be fun! (:

and that day.. i lost my handphone. i have no idea really really absolutely no clue how i could have lost it because i distinctly remembered putting it back into the bag after the last time i used it. sheesh. was pretty annoyed. but thanks shiyun for hunting around with me for it and having to lift up the dustbins haha. but we still didn't find it ):

so i got a new one yesterday. and as a result, burnt a hole in my pocket. got a 7360. yesterday i ran + shopped + swam ! but came down with a very sore throat. yikes. and it got worse today because of all the food i ate. think: murtabak, nasi lemak, fish&chips. sorry i couldn't resist. (but. i am not a pig. :D)

so today! caught just my luck at cine. which was very very very funny. (or maybe because i hadn't watched a show in five months so i kinda lost touch with romantic comedies, but still). then headed down to holland v for odac outing! at settler's cafe. haha it's quite a cool place actually. with interesting board games that can get us pretty high. and i like holland v!

phew what a long entry. and my throat is dying.
