surprisingly, this time round the :D mood has managed to hold for quite a bit. and today was :D because there was training! not because of training itself, but more so cos i haven't been involved in batch stuff for quite a while (due mainly to cell-cutting - or so the guys like to put it :/, but it really means like uh my SRP attachment at NUS during the holiday - i'd missed like storewash, the unofficial outing thing, macritchie trng) and i really miss seeing us as a batch. so today felt good even though a considerable number of people did NOT turn up. mel my dearest (haha i keeping using this phrase. sounds nice what) please get well soon! :D ohhh and after trng we ran extra rounds with yingzi so i feel especially proud of myself (:

and on monday (r)achel wong passed me this wristband that they got during the clique outing (which i missed ):) it's DIRRTY YELLOWISH GREEN, and it says WIMP. (!!) but then i realised the other had ones that said total bitch, control freak, antisocial yadayada. i kinda miss the life. though rj has been great, but back in rg we had our share of fun stupid times when we did silly things like pose with straws between our noses and lips. haha. and i miss calling rachel "ah-chel" and sherri "chiamster" and bongs, uh, bongs. though we weren't all that close, and this year we've drifted even further, it kinda comforts to know that there's still this bunch of people you can discuss the "old times" with. so when's our next outing? (:

missing out on bits and pieces of fun has really reinforced the idea that,

in life, you win some, you lose some.
you can't have all at a time.
